MEG Engineers provided construction materials testing services for the Brownsville Public Utility Board’s (BPUB) new Annex Building – a 63,167 gross building square foot, three-story modern office building. The building creates office spaces for customer services, utility engineering, financial management and executive office spaces. It will house the BPUB energy control center, Network Operation Center and SCADA center and pump stations management.
